N80 Acting Crazy Need Help Asap!!!!

My Phone This Crazy Beeping Noise And Now The 2 Buttons On Top Of The Green And Red Are Not Working As Well As The Right And Left Buttons On The D-pad Everthing Else Works But Since Those 4 Buttons Dont Work I Can Do Anything At All, I Cant Access Options Of Anything


I Tried Soft Reset And It Didnt Help And I Tried Hard Reset But Hard Reset Didnt Wanna Work On My Phone Im Not Sure If I Wasnt Holding The Buttons Hard Enough

Please Someone Help Me This Is Driving Me Insane

Have you tried contacting Nokia? What about a firmware update?

nokia in the USA sucks and the phone finally worked after turning on and off like 15 times or maybe more and doing soft reset 4 times

as far as software update im not doin it cuz i dont wanna lose the secondary language

Yes, you have to really press the buttons harder in order for it to work. Done this on a 6630 and N70 - and "light pressing" of the buttons dont register.

its arabic i got this phone imported from the middle east and i was sure that i will lose the language since i upgraded my 6630 using the NSU and i lost the ability to write in arabic but i can still read it

so the phone worked for half a day and it froze and then acted up again, the 4 same buttons dont work no more and everything else do and it freezes once in a while

i used the NSU and i updated the software but i didn't lose the secondary language this time but still the phone is acting up and im really puzzled, why is this happening?? i wanted to take the front cover and see if something is jammed between the buttons but im not sure how to do it

any ideas of what i can do ?? i dont wanna sell the phone cuz i dont wanna buy another one now

thanks man i took the faceplate off and i cleaned the inside and bent the metal tabs out a little more and now it works like wonder. i also just updated my software and so far only few bugs

try the hard reset by keying in *#7370# or press talk/send, * , 3, and the power button at the same time.

the soft reset didn't do nothing and the hard reset dont seem to even wanna happen and i pressed the buttons very hard

the phone has been fine lately so im ok for now
