Hey guys, I'm picking up an N95 this week through 3 here is Australia, and was just wondering if there are any differences (other than the ugly little '3' on the case) between a 3 branded unit and an all Nokia one? Also, whats the word on compatibility with the Sandisk 4GB SDHC cards, some places I read it's all good, and others it's not? Cheers.

I would imagine mostly just carrier restrictions, as in no use of home-made ringtones and probably blocking of GSM-only mode...I'm just assuming from regular carrier practices on previous Nokia smartphones.
Although you could get it unbranded, but that of course costs extra.

Not too sure about three, but an owner told me that the 3 portal works better on a 3 branded N95 than an unlocked one.
4GB SDHC from Sandisk (and Nokia) are indeed compatible. Just make sure you get genuine ones from reputable dealers.

Yeah, you'll be fine with a 4gb san disk micro sd card, also keep an eye on the nokia.com site as it has just been revealed Nokia themselves will be releasing a branded card, more info at the wom world.

Good to know they're compatible, but as for reputable sellers of the card, I was planning on using ebay and having one imported from the UK as I am unable to find any for sale over here, ebay or otherwise...unless anyone can recommend a better place to pick one up? Thanks for the help guys.

As long as you find the right sellers, which normally isn't too hard, eBay's a great place to pick things up. That's my de facto place for cell phone paraphernalia :)

Yeah, eBay should be fine. Most of my memory cards I've bought is from eBay. Amazon's market place is also pretty good.
