Hi.

I'm currently looking to pick up either the T630/Z600 or the e700. But SE has been a big let down with the crappy cameras and tiny memory on the t630/z600.

About the e700: I wanna know how can one transfer pics, ring tones, phone book from/to a PC. Since this lacks bluetooth, the only media may be via the IR and Data Cable. Hitch is, I hear that the Samsung IR is not-so-great and the Data Cable, well it aint there with the e700. Is that right?

For those who already have the e700, hows the camera pic quality once transferred to the PC.

Thanks for the info guys.

Meh..

It's got a good UI, and a good camera, thats about it.

No contact pictures, No profiles, the silent mode goes off when you turn the phone off and back on.. to be honest its not what its cracked up to be. I have just sold mine because i thought it was crappy. I have just purchased a new T630.. They offer so much more, email, bluetooth, games that don't jump with 1 frame per sec animations..

SE better anyday, the IR port on the samsung is a big let down, doesn't work with anything to be honest, not even another E700.

Anyway the moral is to buy a T630, you will be very happy with it, because its new and much much better. The Z600 is a T610 in a clamshell design whihc is pretty ****e..

Just a quick update, on the 1-frame-per-sec gaming, I discovered if you load the game then pause and unpause it (tested with Bowling) then it runs at the expected rate. Bit weird and also a bit annoying too.

Maybe someone can tell me (as an inexperienced SE user) what the hardware difference is between a T610 and T630?
