Nokia Trends Lab is a physical and virtual hub of mobility experiences. Nokia
enables creative thinkers to push the boundaries of how to use mobility as
part of their creative process.
Various experiments are being formed within the 'Nokia Trends Lab' and will
indulge every creative discipline ranging from music, photography, film, and
design. The experiments take various forms and will be conducted both online
and live - with 'The Nokia Trends Lab' taking to the road throughout 2007.
Between May and June 2007 live experiments will take place in Germany,
Lithuania, France, Italy and Ireland. More live experiments will be announced
shortly.
The Nokia Trends Lab consists of 4 main lab categories:
MUSIC LAB
Including all styles and genres, composer, Djs, producers, ring tone creators and sound designers.
PHOTOGRAPHY LAB
Including all styles and genres
DESIGN LAB
Including software development, product design, fashion items, multimedia
creation, graphics, interactive and web content, VJ, Illustration, installation
design and lighting.
FILM LAB
Including film photography, special effects, character design and animation,
computer animation shorts and pop promos, documentaries and film installations.
For what kind of ideas are we looking for?
We would like you to push the boundaries by using mobility to aid in the creative process. We look for inspiring ideas that show how to get the most out of mobile technology and how you can take advantage of it.
