I love the look but i'll only consider if the include the 65nm core to make it a little more cooler and quieter plus the HDMI port of course.

HDMi is a wish but the 65nm core is a must - the peace after I shut down the 360 each night. I'm in Heathrow (big ass airport) flight path anyway but the 360 makes it sound like they are landing in my driveway...
