cheers!It's kinda biased, being from 'PC MAGAZINE'. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the product is 'flawed'. I do agree that reception and call quality is more important than all features on a phone.

The article's conclusion seems to be more common where the product is considered the best ipod ever, but the product is still a 1st generation phone.
