K790i Music Quality

I purchased a K790i for my sister. Its camera is awesome no doubt about it. But i was pretty much disappointed by the music quality of this handset. When I compare it with my N70 its no match with my N70.

Is the sound and music quality of this handset really that bad? Is there is software upgrade or setting that I have to change in order to get that quality??

Are you using the same headphones when listening to both phones? It might be a fairer comparison to use a decent pair of headphones plugged into an adapter.
I just compared my 790 using a pair of Koss Portpro headphones to my iAudio 6 (Cowon) player and though there's a difference it doesn't seem that huge. If your sister has a pair of earbuds she likes she could always try those.

She uses the headphone shipped with the handset. Which earbuds are you talking about?? Besides headfone, even when she play it in speakers, it isn't any better. I compared it with one of my friend's K750, and its quality is better and clear compared to my sister's 790i.

Update the firmware - may be a glitch in the music playback processing - can't do any harm as long as you follow the instructions to the letter will also improve battery life...
