memory/mp3 file issue

Just bought a 1gb memory stick pro duo.
phone detects the card, i copied approx 900mb (some 193files) on the card into the mp3 folder
used winxp >safely remove usb hardware<, then unplugged cable.
but when i then go to the 750i's media player only approx 25files are shown.
i then plugged cable bacn in mobile and in the same folder that i just placed the 193files there is now only the 22files?
wft..? i have no explanation to this.
is this an issue with the card? the mobile?
should i update firmware? what to do?

There is a known issue with the K750 corrupting or not copying files via data cable to the memory card that has been fixed in recent versions of the software. Running a software update should help fix the issue, but won't bring back ur data.
