heya imr eli sorry im sure this has been posted a million times as i have seen a few threds but cnat get the info i need

my dad just bought me a k800i from ebay n after paying realised it was on 3 ..im on o2 ..ive red posts from 2006 august but now its march o7 dose any 1 know if it is possibe t get this phone unlocked

my last phon i got unlocked on the market in northampton wer i live

wud it b possible t just take this phone in to a shop and get it dun or wud i have t go in to 3 shop or ring them up soem one please give em some info

im 17 so not exactly brainy wen it comes to phones

Handsets can only be unlocked legally by the original carrier that sold it (in your case O2). You may be able to find someone who will do it for a small fee, but there's no guarantees it will work or won't damage the phone as they have to flash the firmware.
