Xbox 360 jap game question

Peeps - got ripped on Ebay, bought crackdown and its a Jap copy...

It has the all important Halo 3 trial logo on the front but I have a UK xbox and gold subscription.

I am pretty sure the game will work but I need to know if Halo 3 demo will....

Bit p'd off this guy hasn't left feedback yet and I don't want to tarnish my 100% rating as he seems to negative anyone who complains....my fault had 160 odd feedback and only 2 complaints....

You can do something about sending it back and getting a refund. First off though is to contact the seller and ask him/her first if they are will to refund the money if you send the game back, if they don't then set about complaining. I think if you win your claim then any feedback is withdrawn by ebay. Have a look at "My ebay" and then from the dropdown list at the end of the auction listing click "item not received" from there,
Use this process when:
You paid for an item but didn't receive it, or
You paid for and received an item, but it was significantly different from the item description.

It's the only way other then hoping the seller will refund off their own back.

Also you need to wait 10 days before you can start the claim which is enough time to give the seller the chance to offer a refund.

Hola NK - to be honest I needed a play and would have had to pay another load of postage so I opened it - no problems just wish the Halo 3 beta was availiable....

But the game is great and I have a Manga style cover opposed to the UK cover...

Saved a few quid too but will be more careful next time...
