N70 Help please

i put themes on my fone about 2 weeks ago, then removed them. Since then my N70 has gone ballistic, it kept on restarting and now after the start up tone plays, it will just go to a white blank screen and wont do anything. it only works if its connected to the pc via usb cable. well its no good to me if i have to be connected to a pc to use it :mad:

mmm... looks like the software is corrupted. Have you tried updating it thru the nokia software update site?

i did a software update and it made it worse. i tried again and made no difference

I think that a trip to a phone flasher might fix that. Instead of upgrading the software, have the flasher erase the whole thing, then install a new uncorrupted one.

probably the theme created has some problem, why not try the themes from ownskin? they have animated ones and they are using web creation tools, which is relatively safer

i picked it up from nokia care today. exactly the same problem, so they are giving me a replacement. they didnt have any in stock so they will text me when its ready for pick up. hopefully its a N70me :D
