o2 and wap...??

Hi have recently go onto the o2 talkalot tarriff, this comes with 300 texts and 300 wap minutes....Ideal on paper.....but having real problem accessing the wap side....i got intouch with o2 and they sent me via email all of the wap setting for my phone...i put this in, and up popped the o2 wap content...played with it for 40 mins or so...but the next time i wanted to go on it wouldnt let me connect....i havnt changed anything in my phone...just think it a bad service from o2......anybody else had any probs
