Has anyone heard of a small, low-ish cost Bluetooth camera coming out (or even one at all - apart from things like Sony DV cams)? It struck me as being a great idea at the time, because some phones (i.e. N-Gage  ) don't have a camera and this would be a cool accessory to have to get photos onto your phone. A little one with about 1Mpix output and a strobe flash would be awesome - doesn't even need a screen - something like Nokia's PT-1 fun camera.

Anyone else thought of this, or is it just me who would like one?

it seems your the only one who needs one :D
but you know, really it is a good addition to products as the N-Gage... :)

There where rumours that a cam for the N-gage was going to be released but i guess there wasnt a market for it. Bluetooth digicam will become quite big soon, as soon as printers become standard bluetooth inclusive devices.

Actually there was a 2Mpix one (by Concord?) but apparently it was crap, poor build and UI, no-one bought it and it was hideously overpriced (think more than an N-Gage). I shortly after writing my post, realised that it a total waste of time and having the photos on my phone were bugger all use unless I was going to MMS them, which I never do.

Are you using a 6230 at this point?

Kind of. I'm using 4 phones at the moment, one of them is a 6230 but my main ones are 3G phones (Motorola E1000 and NEC e616V) because my 3 contracts offer far better value for money than Vodafone. Were my 6230 to take 3G USIMs you can guarantee I'd be using it. I also have a Nokia 5140 as well as my Orange PAYG phone when I need something a bit tougher with good battery life.
