I had a little look at this handset in a Three store today in Melbourne, and I decided very quickly that it really is an awesome handset. The screen is so vibrant and crystal clear, and the phone's actual OS is nice and colourful, and doesn't lag in the slightest (at times a little complex to navigate).
The keypad is awesome, great feel, excellent tactile feedback from the keys - almost perfect I'd say.
Holding up my SE T610, it's actually only slightly wider (102x44x19 for T610, and 103x53x26.4 for NEC), and slightly fatter, plus it's 50g heavier. Which makes this a tiny 3G phone!
Just wondering if anyone here owns one and can give me the lowdown, I didn't get to test out writing a text message, and I'm wondering does it support themes at all? And, like Sony Ericsson has Quickshare, can you send the pics and videos you take over Bluetooth or the USB cable to your PC? Any MAC compatibility problems (getting one later this year...)? Any little annoying things about it which you can't change?
Also wondering, since this is also a dualband GPRS handset, would it [almost] fully support a Voda SIM in it (for example)? I'm thinking that like the 606, you can't change Three's default settings, but I was thinking more along the lines of just calls and text messages.
Thanks for any comments, answers to my questions, or more questions...
