Orange Care

Right, well, as I posted in another, er, post, my phone is broken.

I am on Orange, and if possible, would like to take out Orange Care, say, tomorrow, and soon after say my phone has been damaged.

Does anyone have any idea how it all works? Basically, will I have a problem getting a new phone so soon after taking it out. Also, my contract runs out in April and I want to cancel it then. Will this cause a problem and will I have to keep my contract for a whole year after taking out the insurance?

hi i have just had the same problem so i immediatly went to my local orange shop and got them to add orange care onto my account which is 5 quid a month and then next day i claimed on it but dont tell them its broken as they will ask u to send them the phone and they will just fix it but say it was stolen give them a crime reference number and bingo youll have a new phone in 24 hours thats what i did but it does cost 12 quid admin charge added to your next bill
