the Nokia Software Update is now built-in and i find the back-up more stable using E61...

Can someone test out the Music Manager, if it's been updated. I found the version that came with my phone 6 months ago to be buggy and incredibly slow... I can't try it myself because I'm not running Windows at the moment...

i dont like using pc suite cuz if u need to uninstall it its confusing to do because sometimes it would give u error msgs and the bluetooth doesnt work with it wen u try and connect ur phone to it

for myself, I do a "slow" upgrade.

what I do is I back up everything first, including the bluetooth drivers, then I uninstall each and every program related to the cellphone. Then I install the new version of the suite, then I test it out, if something doesn't work - I uninstall it and install back the old one.

I then wait for the next version after that.

I guess it is "slow" coz I dont upgrade much and I dont use the very latest version everytime... but I do end up using the version that works with everything and is stable.

@difenbaker - I wish I had your patients, I just run the installer over the top of the old one, and haven't had any problems yet.
