I may have posted a thread before but I can't find where the thread is so i'll ask again
My N73 which runs Symbian just like my old N70,6680,6630 and 6670 all says copyrighted whenever a file goes in not letting me share anything
i have ringtones which I want to share with my friend but it keep saying copyrighted.
Anyway I can get rid of it?

I don't know the answer to your question but could you clarify is it all files or just some files like ringtones. If it's just the ringtones they probably have a copyright flag on them. I don't know it but I'd imagine there's a way to get around this inconvenience you have.
Edit: ... and could you clarify how you are transferring files, eg. is it PC -> phone, phone -> phone via IR.

Any ringtones that is in the mobile cannot be transfer. For example A ringtone which is on your mobile which you sent to me by bluetooth ,infrared can be transfered to my mobile but if i were to transfer the ringtone to another mobile by bluetooth, mms,or infrared the symbian os would just say cannot send copyright material

Doesnt matter, the OS would prevent any transfer of mp3 or midi files.
You could either rename the extension via a file explorer or put it in a zip file and then try to send that.
That would require both phones to have software that can do those things.
