Nec e606

Hi Guys, i have a NEC e606 Mobile Phone which i bought outright and have an Optus Sim Card in it.
Why cant i use Internet WAP in it? Can someone Suggest if u are in Australia.

PS: Optus people are saying since they are 2G, i cant use there internet on 3G phones, which sounds bull**** to me, can someone advise. thanks

or if someone is got Optus's settings like MMS Server, HTTPProxy Server, and APN, please let me know

You can't use 2.5G services on the NEC e606 since it doesn't allow you to change the original 3G settings.
