Nokia 6230i - 512mb MMC cutting incoming calls

Hi guys, I wonder if you could help with some advice on a problem I have with my Nokia 6230i.

I recently bought a compatible 512mb MMC card and have uploaded it through my computer with mp3 songs.

Since putting it in my phone, on often occasions when receiving an incoming call it gets cut off after about 2 rings?? From my friends telling me, there call is cut and directed to voice mail...

This is a new thing that has only happened since putting this MMC in my phone...

Has anyone else had these problems or have any advice on how to rectify?

have u tried putting ur old mmc in?? does it work now if u put another smaller card in??
