Help on Nokia 6630 which always restarts

Hi all,

This is my first post to this forum.

I have a big problem.

I have got a new Nokia 6630 from 2 months, and from last week, it restarts many times every day,once when I add a contact, and other when I explore menus.

Can formatting the mem Card be the solution?

What is the problem?
What can I do?

Please help me?

well, it could be the mem card... have you tried operating the phone without the mem card inserted? If it still resets, then it's not the mem card, but must be something in the phone.

another thing you can try is to reformat the phone - to bring it back to its factory settings.

If all else fails, try updating the firmware with the Online Updater :)
