Burn a langauge on a Nokia Phone

Hello, I have bought a phone in another country and it doesn't support my native language - also my Service Provider doesn't support the phone itself and that means they can't burn anything in it.

Can anyone please tell me what sort of cable(s) and software I need on order to burn my language on the phone?

I don't think you can burn your own language on

I remember Nokia hong kong loads the Traditional Chinese language on to the mobile.

How they do it I'm not sure but I don't think anyone either than Nokia can do it

I haven't heard of being able to *Burn your language on*

I think the manufacturer of the country are the ones that can only do it.

Not quite sure on this one.I know you can't manually upload the language
