Problems with N80's WLAN

Anyone else having trouble connecting to WiFi networks using the N80? I've got a wireless connection at home which I know works as I'm able to connect to the Internet on my laptop using the same connection. I've set up an access point for it, made sure that the security settings (WEP) are right, and I'm STILL not able to access any of the shared files on my desktop. The N80 detects the network, and it seems like it's connected, but clicking on Home Network from the Gallery menu brings up a screen that just says "Waiting for devices". What's going on here?

You have to install the Home Media Server to your desktop.

Home Media Server? What's that? Is it something you have to download, or is it already built-in?
