i bought my daughter a samsung d500 and she has put in wrong password in 3 times :mad: it is now asking for a puk code does any one know it please it is her birthday and she is very upset thank you for any help:)

i have since found out it is the puk code i need for her sim i asked her to change her sim but she wants to keep her number so it is the pin code for her sim i want as the phone works with another sim so it is not the phone that is blocked does any1 no of this number

does any1 no how to reset the phone lock on a d500 we havent changed the number but it not acceptin what it was is there a way to reset it please?
