There seems to be a remarkable dearth of information/discussion about this lovely little phone on the web... whereas everyone is going on about the 'chocolate'... I've had the phone a month and think it's the undiscovered gem of the LG range - anyone else with experience of this handset?

I read the review and on-the-whole it was quite good, in-depth and detailed. However, I absolutely hate this kind of remark on 'digital zoom':

In order to zoom, however, you need to change the resolution of the picture first. Changing it to 640x480 will allow you to zoom 2x, and changing it to 320x240 will allow you to zoom up to the maximum 4x. This was extremely cumbersome, since it involved so many steps just to get a zoom.

It just shows such a complete lack of competence and understanding on how a digital zoom functions. This is, in fact, the correct implementation of digital zoom. It's a shame because the rest of the review is as one would expect from a world-leading mobile phone website. I'm sorry to be harsh but as a photographer, this really disturbs me and I wish people wouldn't criticise the 'zoom' for operating in this way, just as much as I hate companies who tout 100x digital zoom on a camera such that the end result of 100x digital zoom is literally one giant pixel.
