How can guests do this?

When I get bored, I start to look around in the 'Who's online' list. And I've noticed that some Guests are doing things that I thought guests can't do. I saw one that was veiwing the 'Who's online' list @ the same time once, but I thot guests had no access to this. Anyway here are a few screen shots I've made.
