Hi there,
I have a CL75 Poppy and I am trying to update the firmware to 5.01.
I am using a USB cable. When I connect the phone the mobile phone manager detects it but only offers limited functionality, therefore I need to update the firmware to 5.01.
I have downloaded the latest update tool from Siemens but when I run it I get an error message saying "USB Port disable" and I cannot update the firmware.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
