Transferring ringtones

How can I send a wav or mp3 file (30 seconds clip) to my Nokia 3200 phone to use as a rington. I do not want to go to a website to get a bastardized version created by someone. I wan to use the orchestrated version.

Thanks for anyone's help. I have tried and been unsuccessful.
