Somebody travelled across Russia? How There?
I Am going to go here, advise, what route is better for choosing? Of what agency to take advantage? On the internet it is a lot of sites offering these services (gotorussia.com, russia-travel.com, 3btours.com, russia.com, etc.), but it were would be desirable to hear opinion of people which already there.
Thanks

I don't have an answer for you, but out of curiosity, why did you choose a CELLPHONE forum to ask about travel?

I thought it was Tokyo too.

Edit: http://money.cnn.com/2005/06/21/pf/costliest_cities/
Tokyo and Osaka the most, London is third, greater london isn't so bad, but price of simple stuff like drinks in central london is a joke.

Hmmm my bad then...although considering just real estate, New York's still way up there is it not?

Yeah New York seems to have some of the most expensive houses:
http://www.forbes.com/realestate/2005/07/29/expensivehomes-world-realestate-cx_sc_0729home_ls.html

Of course that's not really a general idea of house prices, just the most outrageously expensive ones! But the top 2 for N.A. are in New York, top three for Europe are in London. I just think it's stupid here in London when you get tiny 2/3 bedroom houses in expensive area going for £3million+, this is an pretty damn pricy example, not tiny I guess, but not very big either:
http://www.foxtons.co.uk/search?md5=1edfbe92c81cfecaf762757da13e6226&search_form=map&per_page=10&order_by=price%20desc&search_type=SS&inst_ref=ir_slsq000261639&submit_type=search

That house is £5,850,000 wich is just over $11million, it's a joke.

UGH that disgusts me when there are exorbitantly priced houses with spendthrift buyers to own them!

Anyways, going back to topic:p Anyone have any info on Moscow? Seems like a very interesting place, although I must confess I'd rather go when things are more stable, both politically and financially.

He doesn't say...I would think that especially a newbie would be anxious for any responses and thus would be watching the thread closely. At least that's how I was at first.:o:p
