is ebay a good place to buy a phone?

the wife just dropped her razr in the water for the 4th time and i have to get her another phone. i do not want to extend our contract with t-mobile for 2 more years so i'm looking to purchase another razr, can someone help me out where to buy and i read that there are new series of razr phones out there. i don't need itunes.

ebay is a good place as long as you pay attention to the sellers feedback dialog. In my experience, if the seller is constantly active, has several items for sale at all times, and has 99% positive feedback (give or take) you are pretty much good to go.

Just keep an eyeout for deals that are TOO GOOD to be true.

I know it's too late now, but in cases such as these, wouldn't it have been good to have gotten the equipment protection when you bought her RAZR to begin with?
