My GF's V802se bought originally from Japan, has been struggling to get reception bars. It is often on 1-2 bars and calling reception and sending text messages often require her to walk out of her house for them to work properly. I used the phone myself for 6 months and had no problem at all with reception at all.
Could it be the fact that she has almost used up all the memory in the ms duo card and about half the internal memory? the phone is laggy.
I have done a full reset to no improvement.
She has got a new sim card and still no improvement.
Can anybody shed some light in this issue for me? thanks.
