K800i memory

Hi all,

I can't find any mention of the on board memory of this phone anywhere. Also what size Memory stick (micro?) does this phone come with?

It has 64MB on board memory, and the size of the included memory stick depends on what market the phone is sold in.

Well i just got mine today in the UK and it hasn't got a memory card with it at all!

Has anyone else in the uk got one?

the K800 has an internal memory of 64MB and you should at least got a 32MB memory stick micro (M2). i got a 512MB M2 with K800.

no such thing as a 32MB M2 card....

they only come in sizes 64 and up....

Its a weird thing but most places dont give the K800 with a memory card. Here in Dubai most place dont offer the card saying that Sony Ericsson were not supplied with the quantity they ordered so they shipped it without any, but we will offer you a 512mb one for 100 Dirhams over the cost of the device. hehe thats around (27$)

Nope but try dialling 999 (don't hit call !!!) from the keyguard screen...mine is US I think as 911 works and the usual 112....

individually its around 200~260 Dirhams around 54~70$.. this was in Fono (A Dealer) which is quite good actually.. but then again, if you are buying your phone from the Market you will get it around 200-300 Dirhams cheaper than the dealer and you can get the 512mb card for around 180-220 so its quite the same hehe

The UK ones are not shipped with a memory card, just the default 64MB internal.

my k800 did not come with a memory card either which i think is a bit cheap of them plus the fact that they are like gold to get hold of in shops:confused:
