Motorola HS820 Bluetooth question

I have a Motorola HS820 Bluetooth, which I purchased a little over 2 months ago. Seems it will no longer charge. Can the battery be replaced? If so, I would like to not have to pay someone to do it. But do it myself. Any answers on where to purchase the battery? & Intructions on opening the bluetooth?

If you purchased it only recently, you should call Motorola about it. It's not right that it's not working anymore after only 2 months.

And as for replacing the battery, I would think the only way to get a new battery is scavenging one from another HS820...which then defeats the purpose.
