what carrier to get?

hi there,

what carrier in the US offers the best prepaid or pay-as-you-go package?

- preferrably one that'll work with an unlocked triband phone (1900mhz only).
- it will be used in Los Angeles
- it should be able to text and call overseas too - not just in the US.
