K750i Help!

My K750i camera shutter button stop working occassionaly after I've upgraded to the latest firmware. Sometimes it works normal....but sometimes....it just doesn't respond at all. Is it the firmware problems or the hardware malfunction? PLEASE HELP!

I've seen that happen on mine too. After experimenting a while, I think the reason is that if the autofocus is having trouble focusing, then it won't take the picture when you press the button. This happens when it's dim or when you or your subject are moving around, making it hard to focus. Test your camera in daylight and hold the camera still. In good conditions, my phone takes pictures fine.
