nokia6600 restart problem

Hello I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their 6600. My phone randomly restarts itself every so often. I thought it might be the extreme cold weather In NYC. But I think it might be a hardware problem? Any suggestions?
I spoke with a nokia rep. in the US but she can't help me cause the phone isn't released here. WHat should i do? any ideas?

Hey, well I think thats pretty common for series 60 phones. It happenes a bit with my 7650, and also w/ my cousin's 3650. Sorry :o oh well, if it restarts too frequently, then it would be a software problem

I hade a 5100 once (the one with a flashlight) and it was doin da same thing restarting each 30 minutes alone, now i own a 6600 full of applications and it's perfect so i guess u have to change your phone duuuuuuuuuude !!!!!

Try getting the software updated by Nokia (or do it yourself) - it shouldn't cost anything, regardless of where the phone came from.

how do I get the software upgrade(besides going to a nokia center?) Also How do i do it myself? I called and emailed nokia but since i live in the states and the phone is not supported here they cant service it at the center. what do you recommmend ?
