DavinciTeam can do this as Brad said, just make sure you have the correct cable.

You cannot unlock your K750, K750i, D750, D750i, W550, W550a, W550c, W550i, W600a, W600c,
W600i, W800, W800c, W800i, W900c, W900i, Z520, Z520a, Z520c and Z520i models with
the standard cable that comes with your phone, but you can flash, upgrade & debrand with it.

Cables not compatible for unlocking

Original Sony Ericsson DRS11 Serial and Sony Ericsson DCU11 USB is not supported !
Original DCU-60 USB is not supported !
Original Bluetooth or InfraRed (IRDA) is not supported !
