I finally bought a silver N80, the black one is sexy but dulls is easily while the silver one is quite classy so i chose it. I've got a few questions though.

Can you browse the menu in landscape mode? Or using the browser? I mean i really was expecting to be able to do this but im beggining to feel very dissapointed that you can't or haven't found the option to do so.

Actually thats just one question, haha, anyway, what's also the latest firmware? mines 3.0617.0.6

oh, and btw, anyone know if MsDictionary works on this fone?

I think landscape mode is only available with the camera...if you really REALLY want to use landscape all the time, then you should've gotten the E61, or waited for the E70.

As for MsDictionary, as long as there's a new 3rd Edition version, then yes it should work. Otherwise, your previous version won't work at all.

If you put the phone on Silent or Meeting in the Profiles then it should mean that you get no shutter noise. Hope that sorts it out for you.

Er if i remember right you cant turn off the sound on Nokia cameraphones. Its to stop people taking pictures of people without them relising.

Only on the Nokia Chinese/Asian versions (because of some voyeurism law they passed out there). Get it reflashed to a UK spec and you should be good to go.

My 6260 still makes a noise when its on slient when I take pics/videos. Any ideas how to slient it? My a 02 contract (unlocked) phone by the way.

Dont quote me on this but I had a chance to play with the Nokia 6233 and I think there was an option in the settings to turn off the Shutter Sound.

Once again I m not 100% sure but 99% only :D
