Anyone have step by step of flashing w800i so its unbranded after?

I have no idea of where to stat and cant find any detailed explanations of what to do. i have the w800i and want it so it dosnt have the vodafone menus n crap on.

does anyone have a step by step of what i need and where to get them from and then how to flash it?
