Newbie Question

Hey everybody.

Ive had a SE T300 for eight months now, i got it free on contract with the camera. Im thinking of replacing it with another lower end phone when the contract time is up (4 months). The sony ericsson Z200 looks ideal. What i was wondering was, will it have a detachtable camera? And does anyone think it be compatible with the MCA-25?

Although it would be strange for it not have a cam, i cants see how one would easily fit onto it due to its design. Any ideas?

Also, the pics make it look as if there is some sort of cover or hatch where the mic would be. Does anyone know whats behind that?

That's a good question. I haven't seen any decent photos of the bottom power/accessory connector, but I imagine that it is the same. If you look at this photo here, it looks to be the right size/shape.

The thing is, you probably won't see the US networks carrying it by the time your contract is up, though you could buy it directly drom SE or another vendor - but that would be a bit costly.

Oh, should have said. Im in the uk. Sorry bout that. I dont mind if its not exactly ready by the time the contracts up, i mean its hardly as if the t300 is past its sell by date quite yet. But i have a terrible habit of replacing things just for the sake of it. :p

They showed the new camera MCA-30 at the same time as the Z200 so I guess it should work with at least that new camera.
