i am looking for internal parts for 6108

i got a Nokia 6108 for a friend in Asia, but i spilled some water in the headset, and it has problem now. i brought to a store to fix it, they said they need to change the part of headset. i wanna know how to find this part. do you guys have any idea? like any sites or stores i can contact with?

great going cowboy. why couldnt they fix it @ the shop you went to? if because they didnt have a certain part, shouldnt they be able to supply one? (unless ofcourse its only available in Asia...)

the part, they said, is only able to find in asia or the place that promotes this phone. this is a nokia 6108, similar to 6100, but it is developed by chinese engineers. it has speaker phone and i can use it but it is not good when i talk to my gf. the store is ordering it but it takes, and has taken, a long while. so i wanna look for it myself.

mm..yup I know, they sell it where I live (along with the 3108). It's okay, the handwriting recognition is adequate i guess. annnnyway, I guess your just gonna have to wait then! :S Very unlikely youre gonna find it there in the US

all of sudden it works again, its weird, but it works fine. a friend of mine who worked in cell phone store be4 said it is temporary, most likely the headset will not function later. i donno if its true, but it has been working for a month by now....... :)
