Hutch Access & MMS

I was earlier subscribing to Planet Hutch (Hutch GPRS) and today morning switched over to Hutch Access.

The moment Hutch Access got activated, I could not send any MMS. I called up Hutch and was informed that MMS feature gets deactivated when Hutch Access gets activated.. This is totally weird.. :confused: I am paying Rs. 199.00 pm for Hutch Access and the MMS feature has been disabled. When I was paying Rs. 49.00 pm for Planet Hutch (Hutch GPRS), MMS feature was activated. :mad:

Further I have been told by the Hutch guy that in order to get MMS feature activated along with Hutch Access, I need to pay Rs. 99.00 extra every month. :mad: :mad:

Cant understand this weird policy of Hutch.. It makes no sense to me.

welcome to the wonderful world of hutch my friend :) ive faced the same problem hence i use two sims one airtel for my edge and hutch for my voice connection

I have sent an email asking them to clarify what the Hutch guy told me. I dont know, I may be wrong but I have a feeling the guy did not know the actual facts. Its totally absurd what the guy was saying.
