Hi there,

I have a problem. I recently got a K750i off a friend. The phone was locked to Orange, but I got it unlocked and now use an O2-UK Sim Card in it.

My problem is, that when I try sending a file to someone, whilst the phone is connecting to theirs, it often crashes. The only way for me to reset the thing is to pull the battery out. It doesn't do it when someone tries connecting to my phone (not that I know of anyway).

Has anyone got any ideas why/how to fix it?

Thanks.

umm... try resetting your phone to 'factory settings'..
THEN try a firmware upgrade,
probably the firmware thinng will work,
even try going for the w800 firmware.

When it 'crashes' what's on the screen? When I try to transfer a file, even a small 15kb file, my k750 slows down to a crawl - made me think that it hanged. But it didn't hang - it was just very very slow.

So I bought it to the shop to be upgraded. No change though - it's still very slow.

Maybe yours did not crash but is just slow too?
