Slvr L7 w/o itunes - download (mp3) trouble

Hi,

I just got a silver (color) Motorola slvr w/o itunes. I am using motorola's tool cd to try and put music on my phone from my pc.

Everytime I try and put a song onto the mobile phone (highlight song, then click tranfer from pc to phone) I keep getting an error message that says something like.

"Request denied , entity to large (Ox4D))"

I tried various songs for over two hours and still nothing. I am sure it is easy but I am just overlooking something.

I have the same phone. You'll need to have a memory card inserted. Then you'll need to set memory card as default, not phone memory.
Just plug in data cable and open my computer.
Find drive of the usb you're using and open
drag mp3 files into it.
done.

3. plug data cable
4. open my computer and open the drive of the usb you're using
5. drag mp3 files into the drive
note: do not drop the mp3 files into any folder. just drop it there.
