Background Image on Nokia 3600

Could someone tell me how I place an image on my background? I have a cingular background, and I would like to put a different picture there? Is there any way to do it? Are there any different themes?

Some phones are locked in that regard.

But look for a Display secion in the Settings menu. That is likely where it would be done, if it can be done.
