TFD and TFT ????

Guys, want to ask u all, what is TFT and TFD color screen mean n also the differences??? Which one is the best???
I have a SE Z600 tat uses TFD, but couple of months later come out SE T630 which uses TFT.....Why T630 uses TFT instead of TFD ???

Hi, TFT means Thin-film Transistor. TFD means Thin-film Diode...........TFD uses less power than TFT :D :D :D

i don't see any difference between the two, but some of my friends think TFD looks better :D :D

It is my experience that TFT almost always offer better quality.
