Having a problem with SE P800

Since 2 days ago I've been having this problem with my P800:

I tried to get into "Contacts", the phone paused for a second, and then a message "Not Enough Memory" quickly flashes, then I got kicked back to the menu screen.....

I'm thinking that it might a firmware problem, that I might need to flash a new software into it, but the phone wouldn't allow access to sycn the phonebook to my PC, and I didn't copy the numbers to the sim......

What can I do?...... Can someone help?Please?

I also had this happen to me.. sadly, you are likely out of luck. Your contact file has been corrupted.
Have you ever (recently) made a backup of your phone? Including contacts? This can happen if you hot swap your mem stick duo.
