are you on cingular? if you have had your phone for 90 days then phone them up and ask for the code. if you tell them you are going abroad on business and need it unlocked they will usually give you one.
otherwise try a local phone shop or an online unlocking store. i have used http://www.phoneblitz.com before, here's the link:
