The problem is that 7600 is running on Nokias Series 40 and the other two phones run on Series 60 (Symbian).

7600 is on series 45 so it wont be able to use series 60 apps and games.

There's no such thing as Series 45. As DAFE said before, 7600 is a Series 40 device.

Well, why don't you check it from the reliable source, ie. from Nokia? Here's a link to the Nokia (http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0,6566,010_20_10-platform-6-0,00.html#matrix) site. Those links you listed have false information.

i think ipodee is right... they say its s45 because its got a different screen and its a 3g phone... like the 6650.... i also heard that they wont be able to run s40 games and apps.. either because of the screen size or different software...

also i wouldnt call nokia a reliable source... they got many things wrong.. eg: they said 7250 has picture caller id.... and it didnt..

well i am confused but even threegmobile.net says that it runs on series 45 - for 3g phones.

some series 40 games can be played on nokia 7600 with the game screen automatically expanded to fill up. Of cos, there are others which only fit up to 128 X 128 pixels

not really i played spiderman and lord of the rings: return of the king on my nokia 7600 they fitted nicely fullscreen. Tomb raider only filled up 128x128 pixels and was placed high up and left a gap at the bottom, C2S Bowling was in the center leaving blank spaces on top and below....so i guess some games can scale their images acordingly, but the controls would be somewhat different due to the keypad, but most can use the joystick, so it's ok
