O2 Xda IIi hang

I have develop a GPS tracking software in O2 Xda IIi. I have place the Maps in SanDisk Ultra II 1GB SD card (Jpg). Now I am facing the problem of sometimes the O2 will hang when I want to load the map. (2500 jpg files in each folders).Actually the map is exist in the SD card, just that it hangs when cant read from the card. The weird thing is the same application can work in O2 Xda II and O2 Xda Mini. I suspect is the Xda IIi OS problem or maybe is the O2 cannot read from the SanDIsk card. Once the O2 hang, the application will keep on hang even after soft reset, it should be cannot find the map where actually the map is exist in the SD card.Any comments will me appreciated.thanks.

umm... have you tried puttng the maps on the internal memory of your XDA? If it cant read from the card but can read it perfectly from the phone - then I think that the card needs to be reformatted or reset.
