Theme studio nokia 6230i

Hi, I have downloaded the nokia theme studio for the nokia 6230i. I can do the themes easily enogh but every time i transfer them to my phone and when I go to open them, it always comes up as can not open, the theme is corrupt. Please please can someone help me. Am I doing something wrong?:(

umm... do you have an up-to-date java installation on your PC?
